Cindy Branch, Editor and Publisher - Cindy is originally from Montana. This has given her the opportunity to meet the wonderful people from the "treasure" state. Montana is abundantly full of intelligent friendly women. Each month she enjoys sharing with you the feature article about the Montana Woman that is making a difference. Cindy lives in Essex, Montana and is blessed to call the Glacier Park area home.

Jerry L. Branch - In Loving Memory
Jerry was president of Branch Oil & Gas in Shelby, Montana and had a Masters Degree in Geology from the University of Washington. Jerry's monthly column will continue in his memory. Guest writers will keep memories of Jerry and his love for geology alive.

Phyllis Seeley Burroughs - Phyllis was born in Glasgow, Montana, and currently resides in Bigfork. She graduated with a B.A. in Theater and a minor in English. She has many poems published; many which are drawn from her own life experiences either in a humorous or serious vein.

Jenna Caplette - Jenna Caplette writes to and works with people ready to live outside the ordinary, both personally and professionally. Integral to Jenna's work is her committed belief that in every challenge hides an opportunity; that the answers to our challenges come through a synergy of realigning with natural cycles, re-accessing traditional wisdoms, and a lively interest in the best of contemporary thinking. Reverend Jessica Crist - Reverend Crist is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Divinity School. She and her husband Turner Graybill have 2 children - a daughter in college and a son in high school. Jessica lives in Great Falls.

Rena Desmond - Rena is a retired nurse who moved to the Flathead Valley six years ago with her husband Allen from the concrete suburbs of Chicago. She is determined to learn the necessary skills to support her new found love of the outdoors.

Jewels Devine, Expert - Jewels is from the East...Manhattan to be exact. Manhattan, Montana, that is! She is a self-proclaimed expert on fashion, manners, jewelry, and just about everything else. She shares her straightforward honest opinion on topics that are important to an eastern socialite. Be prepared to chuckle!

Dr. Lauri Fahlberg - Dr. Fahlberg is a professor of health education in the Department of Education: Health, Physical, and Teacher at Carroll College in Helena, Montana. She has been a health educator for over 20 years.

Dave Filler - Dave and his family reside in Kalispell, Montana. He is the award winning photographer and owner of Stillwater Photography. Mr. Filler is responsible for the wonderful cover shots and many of the photos seen throughout the Magazine. We affectionately call him the "man in front of the Montana Women."

Laira Fonner - Laira is a third generation Montana woman who was born and raised in Whitefish. She is the owner/photographer of Sacred Image Photography, a portrait studio in Whitefish. Laira is also the proud mother of three: Tommy, age 18, Alexa, age 14 and Azlan, age 11. In addition to photography, Laira enjoys writing and enjoying the beautiful outdoors in a variety of ways, such as snowshoeing, teleskiing, hiking and running with her obnoxious and hyper puppy, Che.

Brenda HueKhang - A native of Kalispell, Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband, young son and infant daughter. Her passions include: coffee, art, and graphic design (yes, in that order)! She also enjoys sharing her excitement of her Pampered Chef and Jafra businesses, through recruiting and demonstrations.

Elsie Johnson - Registered Educational Therapist, revels in our individual differences. She offers assistance for success in academics and life settings through her Learning Options private practice. She's been deciphering needs for years as one of six siblings, public and private school teacher, Realtor, wife, and mom. Elsie's passion is thinking about thinking and helping people learn how to learn by finding out what's right with you and for you.

Lisa Levandowski - Ms. Levandowski owns and operates Glacier Wallflower in Columbia Falls, Montana. She shares monthly tips on decorating your home and office. Her monthly column gives insight to great craft ideas.

Linda Looser - Linda Looser, PT, CLT-LANA, has been a physical therapist for 5 years, specializing in Women's Health as well as Incontinence Treatment and Certified Lymphedema Management for women, men, and children. She owns and operates her practice out of New Horizons Physical Therapy in Hamilton.

Mel Mathes - Mel has been a professional psychic for over twenty years serving clients across the United States and Canada. Whether you are an individual facing career transitions and choices, or a business owner seeking insight, Mel has years of experience assisting her clients in this area. She will provide insights and recommendations to you about direction, deals/contracts/clients, and relationships within businesses, especially partners (they are usually soul mates!).

Jean McDonald - Jean has 2 lives...a winter life in Washington where she directs a preschool...and a summer life in the Flathead Valley where she oversees her extended family containing a husband, siblings, children, and nephews. Each of these lives contributes to the amusing experiences she finds herself drawn into. Relating these stories is a new and exciting hobby.

Ja'Nee Newman - Ja'Nee has lived in Whitefish since 2001, where she enjoys quality time with her husband and the changing of the seasons. Mom of one and Grandma to three, Ja'Nee works as a personal assistant to a high-end real estate broker/owner in the Whitefish area. The advice Ja'Nee gives to the younger generation is "maximize the positive, appreciate family and friends, and don't forget the sunscreen".

Jeri Mae Rowley - Jeri Mae Rowley, is a professional trainer, facilitator, speaker and consultant. She helps Montana businesses and organizations improve communications, leadership, and customer service. For over a decade, she was an instructor of Small Business, Hospitality and Human Resource Management at FVCC where she also served as Workforce Training Director and Statewide Coordinator of the Travel Montana Superhost Customer Service Training Program. Nan Russell - Nan lives in Whitefish with her husband, Dan. She has a B.A. from Stanford University and a M.A. from the University of Michigan. She has spent over twenty years in management, most recently with QVC as Vice President. She is currently a free-lance writer and co-owner of MountainWorks, DNR. Doug Waldron - Doug is a substitute teacher and assistant track coach at Seeley Lake Elementary School. He advocates women's rights and is a member of the Seeley-Swan Talk, Education, Protection group who offer help and assistance to domestic violence and sexual assault victims. Doug is a retired police chief (Stanhope Police Department NJ,) he has a BA in criminal justice and an MA in sociology and has done research in domestic violence issues.

Mary Wallace - Mary is an independent sales representative for Signature Homestyles. She is also the founder of "free cycling" in Montana.

Carly Wiggin - An adrenaline junkie, Carly enjoys with speed the fresh powder slopes of alpine skiing and refreshing spray water-skiing on placid sunny days. A student at FVCC, she intends to pursue a Journalism degree at UM. Inspired by the boundless beauty that encapsulates the Valley, she revels in adventure that Montana has to offer, taking in serene hikes and capturing the spectacle on film.

Judy Wright - Judy is a Parent Educator, author and international speaker. She is currently finishing two books, A Confident, Competent Child, and 101 Ways to Get Your Kids to Help at Home. They will be available in local bookstores and on her website www.ArtichokePress.com where she has a full listing of books and workshops available.
